As its name suggests, the Secure Boardroom is secure. The application and client data is backed-up and hosted at a fully redundant facility and we are committed to providing robust and complete security while offering 100% availability.

• The database, web and application servers are located in a hardened and secure hosting facility in Texas. The physical security of the facility is enforced through biometric entry requirements, background security checks on all employees and other security operating procedures.
• The network is protected with a fully managed Cisco firewall in front of the server configuration, completely prohibiting unauthorized network access.
• The Secure Boardroom also employs managed network-based intrusion detection services, as well as server virus scanning and managed VPN access, providing further network-level security and access control.
• Authorized users simply require a computer with Internet connectivity.
